EFSA Scientific Network of Risk Assessment of Nanotechnologies in Food and FeedAnnual report 2015

As recommended by the Management Board of the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), EFSA seeks to strengthen networking, co-operation with Member States and its relationships with its institutional partners (EU and international) and stakeholders. Under EFSA's strategy for co-operation and networking with Member States, the Scientific Network for Risk Assessment of Nanotechnologies in Food and Feed (hereafter referred to as the 'Nano Network) was established in 2010. The Nano Network convenes once ayear and produces annual reports to inform the public and the EFSA Advisory Forum on its progress and activities. The Nano Network functions as a pool of knowledge and as a platform for exchanging scientific views on issues relevant for the risk assessment of nanomaterials in the agri/food/feed sector.
