摘要

We have opened up nonlinear-laser potential of poly-crystalline CVD diamond. At room temperature under laser pulse excitation in the visible and near-IR (0.53. 1.06, and 1.32μm) high-order Stokes and anti-Stokes generation was observed. The investigated material is classified as promising stimulated Raman scattering active medium for Raman laser converters.
