摘要

An accurate fiber dispersion measurement is demonstrated for different types of solid- and hollowcore photonic-crystal fibers (PCFs) using cross-correlation frequency-resolved optical gating (XFROG) with ultrashort light pulses. In the multimode regime, the XFROG technique is shown to enable a simultaneous dispersion measurement for several modes in parallel, offering a powerful fiber characterization tool for ultrafast science and metrology.
