摘要

The technology of laser welding of high temperature superconducting ceramics Bi(2223) was, developed and investigated. CW CO{sub}2 laser (λ= 10.6μm) with maximum power of 100 W was used as a source of laser radiation. Then thermal annealing was applied for Bi(2223) phase repairing, Microstructure, chemical and phase composition of material in the welded field were investigated. Properties of HTSC ceramics were fully repaired (T{sub}c ≈110K) at optimal conditions of laser welding and thermal annealing. Proposed method opens wide capabilities for formation the reliable mechanical and electrical contacts between different constructive elements of HTSC ceramics devices having large dimensions or complex shape.
