Character association and coheritability in white seeded pole French bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.).

摘要

During the 1994 kharif season, information on yield correlations was derived from data on 6 yield-related traits in 8 white-seeded Phaseolus vulgaris genotypes grown at Keonjhar. Green pod yield/plant had a high positive correlation with pods/plant.The positive coheritability of pod girth and 100-seed weight was very high, closely followed by green pod yield/plant and pod weight.
