Phenotypic stability of plant height, days to flower and days to maturity in urdbean (Vigna mungo L.).

Stability of 14 genotypes was evaluated over five years. Considering the individual parameter of stability, Ru-77-51-4 and Ru-77-29-10 were responsive and stable for plant height, days to flowering and days to maturity. A positive association of mean performance with deviation from regression for days to flowering was observed, indicating that the genotypes with early flowering showed stability under changing environmental conditions.
