China's Ministry of Information and Technology has conducted a review of the country's Non-ferrous Metals Industry Restructuring and Revitalization Plan which has been implemented over the past 3 years. The results show that the country's nonferrous metals industry is performing well thanks to higher commodity prices, and suggested a temporary cessation of state reserving activities for nonferrous metals, which has been occurring for the past three years.
