This month’s focus looks at AME’s forecasts for refined zinc demand along with drivers and performance of key end use sectors around the world. AME forecast three measures of demand – apparent demand, real (or end user demand) as well as downstream business supply chain demand. The key difference between apparent and real/final use demand is the countries to which the metal usage is apportioned and the period in which the demand is recorded.
