摘要

State-of-the-art methods for the study of the vibroacoustic response of a rectangular box are presented. Fast and accurate approaches are used for structural modeling, cavity coupling, and acoustic radiation modeling. A free interface component mode synthesis is used for the modal analysis of the box. The structural modes are then coupled to the cavity modes using a modal superposition technique. For radiation from the box, an indirect variational formulation is developed in terms of surface integral equations, A special integration scheme is used to handle singularities of the Green's function, In order to reduce significantly the computation time of the regular integrals, a new method based on expansion of the Green's function and its normal derivative in terms of spherical Bessel functions is used, The techniques presented are validated and the results for a typical box problem are presented.
