The different mixed Langmuir monolayers of 10,12-pentacosadiynoic acid (PDA) and semifluorinated tetracosane (CF_3(CF_2)_7hCH_2)_(15)CH_3 F8H16 below) were studied by surface pressure-area isotherm, UV-Vis spectroscopy, and Brewster angle microscopy (BAM).
