IAgrE 'Skills' Conference gets all sides of industry working together

"If we wait for dealers to help themselves we'll wait for ever". The Institution Skills Conference at the end of May attracted 66 delegates from across the industry to address the skills crisis in the service sector. Dealers, manufacturers, collegesand the sector skills organisation were represented. Dealers, though, were in the minority, which is perhaps symptomatic of the pressures they are under.
