Repsol sues YPF in Spain

Spain’s Repsol has launched a lawsuit in Madrid against Argentina’s YPF as it tries to stop YPF from partnering other companies in developing expro- priated Repsol assets. Repsol is suing YPF for “unlawful competition”, after the Argentinian firm tried “to offer our assets to other competitors while they are illegally confiscated”, Repsol says.
