Pinera's Enap sale plan draws opposition

Chile's president-elect Sebastian Pinera is facing early opposition to his proposal to sell up to 10pc of state-owned oil company Enap to pension funds.The conservative opposition candidate beat former president Eduardo Frei of the governing centre-left Concertacion coalition in a 17 January run-off vote that marked the end of two decades of Concertacion rule.
