Brazil's state-controlled oil company Petrobras has pushed back the start-up date for the first of three LNG regasification projects to August or September from May.There will be no requirement for LNG until later in the year, Petrobras gas and energy director Maria das Gracas Foster says. All of the LNG that Petrobras plans to import is earmarked for gas-fired generating plants.
