Thyracont Vacuum Instruments added a new model VCP63 to its product range. It is a robust Pirani vacuum transducer designed for applications with corrosive gases. The sensor filament is made of an extremely robust platinum rhodium alloy. Additional materials in contact with vacuum are nickel, stainless steel and glass, which ensures a very high chemical resistance and product lifetime.
