The Royal Society attacked an apparent proposal to rush through a United Nations convention to ban therapeutic cloning.Lord May of Oxford,President of the Royal Society,gave,his backing to an emergency resolution on cloning passed by the InterAcademy Panel,attended by representatives of the world's science academics.
