John (Ian) Cowie, Managing Director of Point Of Care Testing Ltd attended a reception at Buckingham Palace, hosted by Her Majesty the Queen on 18th March. Her Majesty the Queen, who is patron of The Winston Churchill Memorial Trust, hosted the event to mark its 50th anniversary as Sir Winston's living legacy.
