FTC Approves LabCorp's Acquisition of Orchid Cellmark but With Conditions

Following numerous extensions of its tender offer, LabCorp (Bur-lington, N.C.) in early December finally received approval from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to acquire Orchid Cellmark,but only under certain conditions.
