The G-2 Reports' Laboratory Stock Index felt the effects of a jittery stock marl ket in May, with the index falling 13 percent in the five weeks ended May 28, 2010. For the year, the index is down 8 percent. In comparison, the Nasdaq composite is down about half a percent, and the S&P 500 is down about 2 percent.
