Inthe mood for Dancing: Choreographer Merenia Gray draws creative inspiration from her Wellington home and its glorious view

There's much treading of the boards - beautiful matai boards - going on in Merenia Gray's house high above the harbour in Wellington. Merenia is the acclaimed choreographer of Maul - One Man Against the Gods, which opened in Auckland in mid April, thoughtfully improved after its sell-out seasons in Wellington and Christchurch. The multimedia work is art on stage and Merenia and Maufs director, her brother Tanemahuta Gray, have changed and improved the show as it goes on. Many a move has been refinedin the Roseneath home and garden.
