It was one visit to the hairdresser Wendy Whittaker won't forget in a hurry. Walking along Auckland's Ponsonby Road, she casually picked up a Property Press to while away the time she would be spending in front of a mirror and was instantly seduced by the two-storey contemporary home on the front cover. One thing led to another and soon Wendy and husband Neil were the proud owners of a brand new townhouse in the Auckland seaside suburb of St Heliers.
