Where one person sees renovation angst, another sees opportunity. That's how it was with interior designer Christine Coldwell's home. Its previous owners had tired of its shortcomings and gave up plans to demolish and rebuild, choosing instead to passthe whole disheartening mess onto someone else. Excited by the mismatch of styles and awkward layout, Christine brought her then partner, now husband, Baz Coldwell through for a look, hoping everyone else would be thrilled too.
