Celia laity is a tricky woman to pin down. The garden designer-cum-event planner-cum-cooking teacher is constantly on the go. She's just back from a skiing trip in Utah, where a nasty accident put her knee in a brace and forced her to sit still for three weeks ("It just about drove me crazy, but I did manage to read five good books!") And now she's about to head down to Kaikoura for her annual "girls' walk", but not before she gets her Taupo home ready for the holidaymakers who will be renting it this weekend.
