Normal and superdeformation in Ni-56

摘要

Largely deformed rotational bands of Ni-56 and Cu-58 are studied by the Monte Carlo shell model with full pf plus g(9/2) shell model space. These highly collective deformed bands can be well reproduced with the simultaneous description of spherical states but the twinning of these bands is still in question. [References: 32]
