We present measurements of the Ds+ production in pp collisions at s=7 TeV and in Pb-Pb collisions at sNN=2.76 TeV performed with the ALICE detector at central rapidity through the reconstruction of the hadronic decay channel Ds+→φπ+→K+K-π+. Preliminary results of the Ds+ nuclear modification factor will be presented.
