Charm Mixing, CP Violation and Rare D~0 Decays at BABAR

D~0-D~0 mixing is expected to be small in the Standard Model. Several recent studies have shown evidence for this phenomenon. However, there has been no evidence for CP-violation, either in D~0-D~0 mixing or direct D decays. We present evidence for D~0-D~0 mixing and improved limits on CP asymmetries from the BABAR experiment. We also present new branching fraction mea surements of radiative D~0 decays and compare these measurements with theoretical predictions.
