The U3O8 spot price rose by $1.81 to $52.81 per pound U3O8, the third increase in as many weeks by the Uranium Price Panel. Buyers and sellers agree that the spot price is on the move, but no one seems to know why. "It's been like that before, moving without a whole lot of reason. It goes down and then it goes up, but I don't think anything has really changed," a buyer said. "The market fundamentals did not change today from yesterday or two weeks ago."
