摘要

Two model organisms (fowl and zebrafish) were used to show that radiation hybrid panels that contain a full complement of the donor genome can be generated by fusion to hamster cells. The resulting hybrids were characterized using PCR and fluorescence in situ hybridization. The utility of the panels was confirmed by establishing the percentage of donor DNA present in the hybrids.
