Supply change

摘要

There is a significant amount of change happening and likely to continue at both ends of the supply chain for horticultural products in the UK right now. My intention is to increase awareness levels, progress the debate and encourage growers and retailers to start thinking how to manage through this period of change. To do this we need to gain a better understanding of the market and the players within it; anticipate what retailers will be looking for from nursery businesses in the future includinghow the relationship might, change, and plan what can be done to ensure success.
