It is an honor and privilege to introduce Raylene Phillips, MD, MA, IBCLC, FABM, FAAP, as the guest editor, and expert for September 2015's issue on neuro-protective issues in the NICU. Dr. Phillips received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Loma Linda University, in Loma Linda, CA. After raising three children as a stay-at-home mother, Dr. Phillips received a Masters degree in Developmental Psychology from California State University, San Bernardino CA.
