KHE Group BV (Koop Group) from the Netherlands and Habau GmbH from Austria have reached an agreement on a sale of 100 percent of the shares in the Nacap group of companies, whereby all the activities of Nacap will be combined with similar activities within the Habau Group. Financial details of the transaction will not be announced.
