Effective Supervision Building Winning Teams

Effective Supervision is a programme developed to improve the supervision skills of people working in all fields of horticulture. It has been developed in conjunction with the New Zealand Horticulture Training Organisation (HITO), New Zealand Kiwifruit Growers NZHITO (NZKGI) and Fruition Horticulture to lift the game of those working in the horticulture industry and build winning teams - focused on organisational goals. This article discusses the programme with reference to the kiwifruit industry.
