There's nothing conventional about Sarah Sims' garden in Le Bons Bay, one of those idyllic Banks Peninsula inlets where wavy hills drop to greet pristine beaches. Sarah - who lives here in a converted cheese factory with husband Andrew and sons Kahu,Munro, Oliver and Thomas - is a free spirit with a suitably free-spirited gardening style.
