Is it just me? Am I the only one who has succumbed to daylight-saving-induced delusions of early summer? It can't still be spring fever, because my apple and pear trees have long since shed their blossoms, so why do I feel an irrational desire to leapabout the garden every morning singing "zip-a-dee-doo-dah, zip-a-dee-ay, my, oh my, what a wonderful day"? I just can't help myself. Ten months down; two to go. With winter well behind me (literally - all those roast veges weren't kind to my waistline), my inner-city self-sufficiency experiment is officially in cruise control mode. I'm on easy street until summer.
