The cooling concept of the project "energy center Potsdam Square" consists of combined compression and absorption cooling plants. To ensure the complex requirements on governing and controlling an overriding process control system has been installed. Since the start-up in 1997 the cooling center proved its efficiency even under dynamic loads.
