Metropolitan Airports Commission to Insulate Some Homes in DNL 60-64

An amendment to the 2007 legal agreement between the Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) and the cities of Richfield, Minneapolis, and Eagan, Minnesota, modifies the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) residential noise mitigation program to define which homes inside DNL 60-64 will be eligible.
