Lawyers representing FAA and the coalition of 12 petitioners seeking to remand the agency's ROD for its New York/New Jersey/Philadelphia airspace redesign delivered their oral arguments before a three-member panel of judges at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia on May 11.
