Plaintiffs File Appeal in Colorado Sky Diving Case

Residents of Longmont, Colo., are appealing their case against Mile-Hi Skydiving, which operates out of Vance Brand Municipal Airport. Last year the plaintiffs lost their bid for monetary damages and injunctive relief from what they claimed were frequent flights by especially noisy aircraft within a confined operating area (see June 2015 NRR, p. 52).
