The CDX-F7005X is a CD player and AM/FM receiver that balances the need for a reasonable price with the desire for a full-featured head unit. The silver faceplate has the look of brushed aluminum, with blue backlighting on the controls and a fluorescent display. With a resolution of 130×39 pixels, the display has plenty of room for information and the built-in animations. You can choose from five static wallpaper backgrounds, five spectrum analyzer displays and three mini-movies. These backgrounds can be selected manually or set for continuous random rotation, and you can choose to switch them off entirely if you prefer.
