摘要

We study the influence of solid-phase extrusion based on the deformation by simple shear on the micro-hardness of crystallizing polymers. It is shown that extrusion enhances microhardness, which is explained by the increase in the degree of crystallinity and crystallite perfection as well as by the formation of the orientational order. We establish correlations between the microhardness, yield stress, and the modulus of elasticity of oriented polymers. Their character is discussed from the viewpoint of the classical theory of plasticity and explained by different contributions of elastic and plastic strains to the total deformation of the polymers.
