Replacing the ageing 1960sAquarena swimming pool facility,the Splashpoint Leisure Centre hasbrought iconic architecture to aprime seafront location as part of Worthing’songoing redevelopment. The building is 100% funded andoperated by the Council, with the capitalcosts to be met by a future residentialdevelopment to be built on an adjacent site.The project has achieved a BREEAM ‘VeryGood’ rating and is designed to be sensitiveto its coastal and town centre position.
