The Kaltenbach Group has acquired APS Nederland bv, a long-standing associate which will now be know as Kaltenbach bv. It will continue as a manufacturer of innovative drilling machines and punch/shear systems. It will provide significant expertise with some unique machine features, such as the first punch/shear structural steel system to guarantee completely flat components.
