摘要

We estimate the potentials of hydrogenation and oxidation of aqueous media, the degree of gas saturation of the weld metal, and the mechanical properties of a welded joint obtained as a result of wet underwater welding with an experimental self-shielding wire. We study the influence of aqueous media on the physicochemical and metallurgical processes in the course of underwater arc welding. We also develop a complex of metallurgical and technological measures aimed at guaranteeing the high quality of joints formed by this kind of welding of 12Kh18N10T corrosion-resistant austenitic steel.
