'Osprey' Digital Library Document Management Software

摘要

With support from DTI, BCSA has commissioned Psycle Interactive Ltd, BCSA's website developer, to produce Document management Software.This new software product, which is called "Osprey", is essentially a computer based central library facility for storing correspondence, reports, drawings, e-mails, manuals, etc. Each document can be given a job number and access code, enabling different levels of password access. Documents can be inputted electronically or via a scanner and the software will support all common formats (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, drawing and plot files, PDF, HTML, JPEG and GIF).
