摘要

LiNi1/3Co1/3-xMn1/3MxO2 (M = ZnO, MgO, Al2O3, x = 10%) was prepared via coprecipitation of metal acetates. The materials remained the same structure after coating with Al2O3 and MgO, but the diffraction peak shifted as ZnO was introduced into. In spite that the first charge/discharge capacities of the materials were reduced, the circulation performances under various C ratios were improved after LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 coating with oxides. Among these oxides, Al2O3 was the most outstanding materials in improving the cycle performances. Then, the electrochemical performances of LiNi1/3Co1/3-xMn1/3AlxO2 were researched when x equals 10, 5 and 2.5%. When x was 5%, the materials achieved the most excellent electrochemical properties.
