摘要

A constant pressure double-pump pneumatic conveying system for fly ash is proposed to address the drawbacks of pneumatic conveying engineering, such as high energy consumption, serious wear and so on, based on the application of the fly ash conveying system in China. In this control system, the A/D conversion, D/A conversion, PID auto tuning, high voltage detectionand low voltage detection are studied in detail. The commissioning proves that the system can meet the demand of transportation well, increase the ratio of ash and gas, reduce the energy consumption and minimize the wear and tear furthest.
