摘要

It doesn't take a weatherman to know which way the wind is blowing, and you don't have to be an editor to know a big story when you hear of one. But I'll say it anyway: "Rebuilding Global Fisheries," by Boris Worm, Ray Hilborn and 19 others, and published July 31 in the journal Science, is a big story. It is not a big story because it says global fisheries can be rebuilt, or even because it points to several that have been rebuilt, or have been managed so well they don't need rebuilding.
