Field experiment was conducted with an object to find out suitable plant density and fertilizer level to Bt cotton hybrids under rainfed conditions of Khandwa during 2008-09 and 2009-10 at Cotton Research Center, Khandwa, Agriculture University Gwalior. Results clearly indicated that higher plant density i.e., 27777 plants/ha (60x60 cm plants spacing) performed better than lower plant densities (18518 and 12345 plants/ha), respectively proved beneficial than lower level (80:40:40 and 60:30:30 NPK kg/ha). Among the Bt hybrids NSPL-999 performed better than RCH-2 with a 42.45 per cent higher seed cotton yield.
