A Diterpene, a Flavonol Glycoside, and a Phytosterol Glycoside from Securidace longipedunculata and Entada abyssinica

The MeOH extract of the stem bark of Entada abyssinica and of the leaves and stem bark of Securidaca longipedunculata yielded a diterpene, a favonol glyciside, and a phytocterol glycoside. Their structurers were established on basis of NMR spectroscopic analysis; the complete ~13C and ~1H assignment of the compounds was achieved by means of 2D NMR studies.
