Even in the face of tumbling crude oil and a surprisingly large increase in gas inventories,which caught traders off guard,Nymex December gas futures were resilient as ever,finishing flat on Friday."We're entering wintertime and cold is on the doorstep,"a gas futures trader said."Yes,we're in a well-supplied market,but gas futures are totally oversold,and sellers are running out of bullets.The risk is shifting to the downside,while the reward is shifting to the upside at these price levels."
